Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded for the product price only.
Original (outgoing) shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method after inspection of the returned goods.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as permitted under EU law.
Customers are responsible for safe return of the goods and are advised to use a trackable shipping service.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior notice may not be accepted.
